Our puppies Bring Love Home with an:
We make every effort possible to ensure that puppies are evaluated for genetic defects before the time of sale. We ensure all puppies are seen by a licensed veterinarian as a part of a full veterinary exam with a clean bill of health, are given appropriate shots and are de-wormed or have a negative fecal exam before going to a new home. We will also have them all BAER tested.
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Because front dewclaws serve an important purpose, they should not be removed unless there is a very good reason to do so. In rare cases, a dog's dewclaw may be severely injured or develop a disease (e.g., a cancerous tumor) and removal under those circumstances would certainly be in the dog's best interest. https://www.petmd.com/dog/care/5-things-you-need-know-about-dog-dewclaws

This program is based on the latest science and studies on puppy and animal rearing.
Wendy Volhard’s Puppy Aptitude Test is a simple test that is incredibly accurate in predicting inherited behavioral tendencies and how the puppy will turn out as an adult. The PAT consists of ten tests with a scoring system ranging from 1-6. The tests must be completed in the order specified. Each test is assessed independently and interpreted as such. There are no winners or losers, and the scores are not averaged. The goal is to find the ideal puppy for the right family.
We keep puppies for as long as it takes to make sure they are placed in suitable homes.
We do not allow any puppy to leave for its new home before an age appropriate for its breed (generally 8-10 weeks).
We review each prospective buyer carefully and make every effort to ensure that each puppy is placed in a home that is in the best interest of the new owner and the puppy. We help to educate puppy buyers about the breed and what is required in terms of exercise, nutrition, training, and socialization. We will provide each new puppy owner with all the proper paperwork.
Any advertising, whether oral or written, will be factual, not misleading, and not designed to attract undesirable buyers or to encourage the raising of dogs for any undesirable reason.
We maintain detailed records of each litter bred.
We refrain from selling to buyers that haven't been screened appropriately and approved.
We are available to answer questions and offer guidance to new owners for the entire lifetime of the dog.
We will for the lifetime of the dog, regardless of the reason or circumstances, take back or help to re-home the dog if the new owner is no longer able to care for them at no charge.
